Scope of Position:
Manage and Administer Calibrations for dynamic and fast paced manufacturing facility
Work with a variety of sophisticated machinery, including but not limited to analytical / electronic measurement devices, recording/ indicating instruments, and electrical/ mechanical machinery
Make recommendations for measurement capability improvement using industry standards and best practices for measurements and calibrations
Interface with plant trades and multiple production manufacturing departments to prioritize, schedule and complete Calibrations for multiple valley CET Manufacturing plants
Lead, guide and direct qualified operators to perform Calibration tasks
Calibration of Analytical test instruments, trouble shooting, installing and repairing electrical/ mechanical components as needed
Work closely with a highly skilled team of Engineers to implement new measurement methods and instruments
Maintain Monthly Calibration metrics
Assist in the identification and resolution of measurement issues
Support and conduct MSA's and R&R;'s per Quality Standard Guide lines for new and existing equipment
Off hour call in support as needed
Trouble shooting equipment problems with department Engineers and Technicians
Comply with all OSHA and plant safety requirements
Maintain and develop process documentation. (Document writing and Audits, Change requests, Communications of change requests, and writing and auditing of Machine Specifications.)
Perform Analytical testing so support new equipment implementation
Support the Erwin Quality lab and Lab Engineer for day to day equipment needs
Participate on project teams
Working with external vendors and technical representatives
Support Operations in finding ways to standardize equipment
Participate in Quality and Customer Audits as required

GageTrak, Metcal, People Soft, Tabware
TC Simulators, Multi-process calibrators, Manometers, Digital Multi Meters, Precision resistors

Hours of work/work schedule/flex-time: 8-10 hours/day, Monday - Friday, 40 - 50 hours/week
